Frequently Aske Question | The Ticket Sports Pub | San Antonio

What sports programming do you offer?

NFL Sunday Ticket, MLB Extra Innings, NHL Center Ice, NBA League Pass, most UFC pay-per-views, ESPN Game Plan, ESPN Full Court, Big Ten Network, Fox Southwest, Versus, Speed, CBS College Sports, Fox Soccer and many more.  We can show virtually every out-of-market game from the four major pro sports(NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL).  Click on the Sports Schedule link on this website for a list of upcoming college football games that we can offer.  We have both DirecTV and Time Warner; feel free to e-mail us with any specific inquiries.

Where do I park?

Your best bet is to look for a meter spot just north of us along Broadway or Travis.  Also, the pay lots are going to be cheaper around there compared to the Riverwalk area.  EXCEPT TUESDAYS - now free parking after 5pm in city-owned garages, including the Nix(at College & Navarro) and St. Mary's & Travis, both within a few blocks of the Ticket.

What other entertainment do you have?

Pool, electronic darts, Megatouch(3), original Donkey Kong and Defender, Heads Up Challenge video poker, an internet juke box when there are no games on. The jukebox has a great mix of Classic Rock, Alternative, 80s Retro,  Top 40 after 10pm.  Wednesday is Casino Night with a usual 9pm start depending on sports schedule.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?

Yes

What are your hours?

The Ticket Sports Pub is open 1pm to 2am daily except weekends during football season when we open at 11am.

Is smoking allowed?

As of August 19, 2011... no more.  You can always step outside, and we are in the process of building an outside patio that will be smoking permitted.

What are your drink specials?

We have House Specials at all times including $3.50 domestic pints and $4 Jager. Check the boards behind the bar or ask your bartender for more great drink deals!

How do you determine which game to put sound on?

As a rule of thumb, the Spurs, Cowboys, and Longhorns take precedence over all others.  After that we tend to go with the national game of interest or majority rules.  We get fans from all over the place so we sometimes have no way to determine what the "big" game will be.  You can always request our "hallway" TV which is away from our house sound system and has it's own separate volume.

E-mail us w/any additional questions - we are glad to help.
